No Bridge Riddles

The hooded old man in monk’s robes demanding travelers answer riddles as a toll to cross the Missouri River Bridge in Yankton (on the SD side) is not sanctioned by the South Dakota Department of Transportation. We’ve been trying to arrest him for over a week now, but that dude can really run. As a reminder, the state of South Dakota only collects riddle responses as tolls to enter the underworld, never for surface roads.
