As COVID-19 continues to ravage our state despite the perfect response from our leaders, the state’s employers are rising to the challenge. More employers have started requiring employees to wear dog cones to keep the employees from touching their own faces.
“We invest a lot of money in our human livestock and replacing the lame ones that we have to put down is expensive.” Said, one local business owner. “We’re so close to automating this work, but we’ve got to keep up the pretense that human life has value a little bit longer.”
