GOP leader Lee Schoenbeck has called Republican Sens. Tom Pischke (Dell Rapids) and Julie Frye-Mueller (Custer, Fall River, Pennington Counties) “people that you wouldn’t want taking care of your dog.” He lumped the two of them together with a group that he called “whackadoodles.”
